Terms & Conditions

We operate on a 2 hour cancellation policy on all sessions. If you do not show up to a session and do not cancel your attendance up to 2 hours before the session start time, your credit card will be charged in full for the cost of the session or the number of classes remaining on your pass will be reduced by a class.

A minimum of 2 clients is required for a group class to go ahead, if class should be cancelled due to insufficient clients, any registered clients will be refunded in full or their class pass will be reinstated for the cancelled class.

Each client attends a fitness class of their own free will. Each client must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (“PAR-Q”). This can be done by emailing optimumfitnessireland@gmail.com and requesting a waiver, or by creating an account on LegitFit.

It is your responsibility to ensure the safety and comfort of both yourself and any child you bring to class. Children should remain in the buggy for the duration of StrollerFIT classes. All children are the full responsibility of the adult whose care they are under. If you choose to take the children out of the buggy at any time, neither optiMum fitness, nor optiMum fitness representatives, are responsible in any way for the health and safety of the child/children.

By registering for class you agree to maintain social distancing of 2 meters from other adults and children while at class.

Should any client feel any pain, discomfort or injury at any time during or before any optiMum fitness class, they must immediately inform the instructor and refrain from training until they seek professional medical advice to do so.

The instructions and directions provided by each instructor are done so at their own discretion and must be adhered to for the safety of each individual unless see following point.

If any client feels for any reason that they cannot do the exercise or activity in the class, they must inform the instructor, who may in turn, at their own discretion, suggest an alternative if suitable, or refrain from doing that exercise/activity on that occasion.

Part used passes are not refundable. Any refunds requests are at the discretion of optiMum fitness, and given only on medical grounds, with an accompanying GP or consultant letter. Where a refund is granted there is a €20 processing fee.

Monthly packages cannot be extended (with the exception of freezing an account due to delivery of baby or medical reasons), and cannot be used once expired.

Clients cannot split or share passes.

Passes cannot be transferred to another client.

Clients can purchase a class for another client by adding them as a family member.

Trial classes are offered free of charge. Only 1 trial class may be attended per client.

optiMum fitness classes will go ahead in all weather conditions, rain, snow, sleet, sunshine, etc., unless otherwise stated. You should be prepared for any type of weather when attending any outdoor class.

Classes, times and locations are subject to change and cancellation. In such cases alternative classes and/or locations will be offered where possible. If the alternative class option is not suitable for a client, the client will not be charged for the changed/cancelled class.
